- Please return item(s) within 30 days of receiving your package. We will not accept items after 30 days of your delivery date.
- We do not accept item(s) that have been worn, washed, altered or items such as bodysuits or swimsuits.
Refunds
- We will gladly issue a refund in the form of a e-gift card for the amount that you paid for to the email address that was provided to us.
- This e-gift card will be issued after receiving and processing your returned item
- This e-gift card can be used toward future purchases
Shipping
- When returning and shipping off your item(s) back we recommend using trackable services, such as USPS flat-rate shipping.
Steps to Returning/Exchanging Items
- Please fill out the return form that was included in your package. Note( All items will not be accepted if the return form is not include with their item(s)).
- Make sure the tag(s) are included with your item(s)
- Ship off your package using USPS or UPS carriers; Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges
- Once your items has been received and processed you will be issued a e-gift card for the amount that you paid for your previous item(s) that can be used towards for your next purchase
